Our framing shop is located in Richmond, our spacious showroom is open 6 days a week and stocked with a huge range of the latest frames and framing materials. All your work is done on site using state of the art framing equipment. We can even offer you same day service.

 

We provide expert advice in a relaxed, creative and fun atmosphere and we love what we do. No matter what project you have our experienced staff can take care of your picture framing needs.

CONSERVATION FRAMING

Looking great is just part of the story. Conservation framing refers to the specific methods and materials we use to protect and preserve the framed artwork from damage and deterioration. We’re believers in ‘If you love it, look after it.’

CANVAS STRETCHING

Canvas stretching is essential for the presentation of your artwork on canvas and plays a key role in conserving your art for years to come.  Once stretched we have a huge range of gap frames available if you want to add a further touch of elegance to your canvas artwork.

PICTURE FRAMING CLASSES

 

Framed By You offers Melbourne’s most comprehensive DIY framing course.  No prior experience is necessary.

The Class provides:

• A fully equipped workshop with the latest framing equipment
• A wide and up to date range of frame, mount and glass stock to choose from
• Professional and helpful to guide you through the framing process
• Step by step instruction and comprehensive notes

 

Our course has been designed to teach students how to frame using the professional equipment in our workshop. On completion of the course, you are welcome to use our facilities on an ongoing basis, paying only for the materials you use.

COURSE DETAILS

Thursday Evening classes:   Two Thursday evenings from 7pm – 9.45pm

Cost: $260

Sunday (One Day) classes:  Full day Sunday  from 10 am to 5pm

Cost $295

 

Note: Materials used for your class project piece are not included in your course fee.

 

NOTE: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of:
1. Completed application form and acknowledgement/acceptance of terms and conditions
2. Payment in full. (We accept Direct Debit, Eftpos or Credit Card payment in person or over phone.
